Our Pickering cottages are all comfortable and spacious offering ideal self catering holiday cottage accommodation for those wishing to explore the Pickering and North York Moors area. Each cottage is four star standard. We also gained a Gold Award for our 1 bedroom Hindburn Cottage.

Our 1 bedroom, Cloth Fair Cottage also has disabled facilities and we are happy to offer the cottages to couples and families. Family groups can also let the cottages, which are particularly ideal if you are visiting family in the Pickering area, or having a family gathering from both ends of the country or from all over the world.

Our four comfortable & spacious self-catering holiday cottages at Rawcliffe House Farm have every facility needed for a fantastic holiday in the North Yorkshire Moors.

The original stone pan tiled barn has been converted to the highest specification creating exceptionally spacious holiday cottages furnished and fitted to a high standard, situated in some of North Yorkshire’s most scenic countryside.

Our fully trained staff spend several hours cleaning each of our cottages and studio rooms between departure and arrivals. Our attention to detail is second to none and has often been commented on. We pride ourselves on providing spotlessly clean accommodation for our guests.

The four holiday cottages and our self catering studio rooms are arranged around a south facing courtyard. Many of the original features have been preserved.

All cottages have full central heating / doubled glazing, for all year round use.

They all have fully fitted kitchens, digital television with Free View, DVD and CD player. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All beds are made ready for arrival. Towels, T-towels, electricity, heating, etc all included in the price. No hidden extras.

There are views from all the cottages over the surrounding countryside of pasture with rolling, well-wooded hills beyond.

There are plenty of grassed areas for children to play, including also a small formal play area. We have pet pygmy goats, ducks and hens on the farm. Children can help collect the eggs.
